QUESTIONS

During this time of significant transition for our community, we want to be sure people’s questions are answered, and the community is well informed. Please list any questions you think the community may have as we make this transition - questions will be used to create a FAQ.

FINANCES

  • Because of the generosity of our community and the stewardship from our board and staff, we have $13.74 million raised and financed allowing us to complete the first two phases of the project.

We have less than $1.4 million dollars to raise to complete Phase 3 and the entire project.

  • The cut-off date for contributing to construction costs within Phase 3 without increasing our overall project cost and delaying the timeline is December 15th. You may give HERE today!

PLEDGES: If you'd like to give after January 1st for tax purposes, we ask that you submit your pledge HERE before December 15th and complete your gift in the New Year.

Thank you for partnering with us in prayer and generosity!

  • Checks are the cleanest way to avoid processing fees - to avoid manually writing checks each time, you can set up ACH payments directly from your bank account that greatly reduces the fees incurred by online transactions. You can set up ACH payments by following the “Bill Pay” instructions in your online banking platform and entering EVERYDAY’s information (2675 Long Lake Rd, Suite 250, Roseville, MN 55113). If you have specific questions, please reach out to us at treasurer@everydaympls.com.

  • If you are in a position financially where you would like to invest in the Base throughout 2024, please fill out the form HERE by December 15th, 2023.

If you would like to make a pledge or If you have specific questions, please reach out to us at treasurer@everydaympls.com.

  • We understand that financial investments come with unique questions and circumstances. With that in mind, we would love to connect with them personally to answer any questions they might have. Please connect with us via treasurer@everydaympls.com. If they would prefer to learn basic information about how to give, you can direct them to this page.

  • While we aren’t making debt-free a prerequisite, being debt-free is the ideal that we are believing for!

Our baseline goal is to raise enough funds to fully cover the down payment on both the mortgage and the renovation loans while maintaining ongoing monthly financial health.

  • We believe that every financial contribution, if made cheerfully and out of love, is powerful. In addition to financial donations (however “small” they may be), this new building will bring additional roles for serving and volunteering that we’d love for you to consider - you will hear more about these kinds of opportunities on Sundays and through monthly updates emails.

  • We have a team of people involved in our financial stewardship and oversight, including a third party bookkeeper and accountant, staff oversight, and an elected Board of Directors. For large organizational decisions, the 9 member EVERYDAY Board takes responsibility for approving financial spending.

  • Different people on our team have different areas of expertise and focus - if you send your question to info@everydaympls.com we’ll make sure you’re directed to the appropriate person!

THE BUILDING

  • So many reasons! This building checks all the boxes of what we’ve been looking for since 2018, both in location and building specs. It allows us to stay in the same geographic area that we’ve been while providing a massive upgrade in square footage, parking, building flexibility, and overall quality. The purchase price was within our budget and the construction costs are greatly decreased due to the condition and previous use of the space. On top of all of that, in prayer, our leadership team clearly felt a green light from the Lord to move forward with this as the best next step for our community.

  • Apart from private events, yes, we want this building to be a gift and a hub for our city (for spaces set aside for children, there will be security clearance required).

  • We are excited to make this a multi-use space that is not just for sunday gatherings! While we haven’t finalized plans yet, we are hoping to include a prayer room (700+ seats), public coffee shop, a basketball court with an adjacent play structure, next gen spaces, leasable professional offices, a small event space, early childhood development child-care center, retreat rooms for individuals and ministry teams, in addition to the necessary gathering spaces for our church community.

  • If you’re interesting in learning more about the leasable space, please submit your interest HERE.

  • We would love to hear from you! Please send your information to info@everydaympls.com and tell us about yourself and your needs.

  • This is not your average “church lobby coffee bar”, it will be a stand alone coffee shop open to the public as a gathering place for our city!

  • Our hope is to find the right partnership to house a small cafe. If you are a cafe owner and are interested in learning more, please email info@everydaympls.com to get connected to a team member.

  • While the pool is not a viable option to retain, we are excited to keep the basketball court and look forward to renting the space and hosting many different types of events in the gym (personal training sessions, fitness classes, family open gym, pick up ball, etc).

  • The space where we gather for Awakening Services will also be known as the Prayer Room - seating will exceed 800 seats.

  • We officially have a move-in date of Sunday, June 2nd, 2024! See you at The Base!

  • We hope to have as many flexible spaces in the building as possible to allow gatherings of various sizes to meet throughout the week.

  • If you are looking for a wedding venue and are interested in potentially renting the Base, email info@everydaympls.com

  • EVERYDAY leadership (staff and board) will operate as the building oversight and will manage the scheduling of building usage.

  • We have always said that the Base will be built by the dreams that God puts in our people! If you have a business venture, non-profit, or creative idea please submit your interest by reaching out to info@everydaympls.com

FUTURE OUTLOOK

  • We are excited to expand and diversify EVERYDAY’s ministry offerings - exact timing and programming will be rolled out Spring 2024.

  • We have grown to love Sunday afternoon gatherings and plan to continue holding them. We also anticipate launching a Sunday morning service when the time is right!

  • While some Houses of Prayer have a goal of “going 24/7,” that is not a goal we are pursuing. Our focus will be to open up the Prayer Room as soon as possible with instrumental worship for as many hours a week as is feasible - we are committed to growing healthily as we offer more and more live sets throughout the week.

  • We see this building as the perfect stepping stone into our next stage as a community and into a future property. We will be continuing to pursue the Riverside property, knowing that it will be a few years at minimum before we can realistically make that investment a reality. By building equity and investing our renovation funds into a multi-use space, we are positioning ourselves to have options when the time comes to aggressively pursue the property on the river. Continue to believe with us that the Lord will make a way for us to acquire the Mississippi Riverfront land.

  • Many factors would play into that decision - our leadership team will be prayerful and strategic in deciding what to do when that time comes.
